Kernel compromise via stale IPv6 configuration pointer

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel 5.18 through 6.0.5 allows local users to compromise the kernel via network namespace creation. When addrconf_init_net() fails while registering sysctls, it frees devconf_all without clearing net->ipv6.devconf_all, and ip6mr_sk_done() later reads mc_forwarding through the stale pointer. Unprivileged local access is sufficient when user namespaces permit network-namespace creation; heap reuse enables kernel memory disclosure or corruption, while the demonstrated path causes a kernel panic.
