Module reload denial via leaked backing device

Resource leak in the Linux kernel MTD core allows local users to prevent the MTD module from loading again after an initialization failure. If init_mtdchar() fails, the init_mtd() error path leaves mtd_bdi registered instead of unregistering the backing device, so the next load encounters a duplicate mtd-0 object. Reachability requires local module initialization and an induced init_mtdchar() failure; the documented consequence is loss of MTD module reloadability.
