Local kernel warning via CPU-mask over-iteration

Improper CPU-mask iteration in the Linux User-Mode cpuinfo path allows local users to trigger a kernel warning through /proc/cpuinfo. With CONFIG_CPUMASK_OFFSTACK and CONFIG_DEBUG_PER_CPU_MAPS enabled, show_cpuinfo iterates to compile-time NR_CPUS instead of runtime nr_cpu_ids, causing cpu_max_bits_warn to report an out-of-range CPU access.
