Kernel crash via qlcnic DCB use-after-free

Use-after-free in the qlcnic DCB path in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash the system during an allocation failure. qlcnic_dcb_enable frees adapter->dcb when qlcnic_dcb_attach returns an error, but both callers then pass that stale pointer to qlcnic_dcb_get_info. The path requires a qlcnic adapter, DCB initialization, local low-privileged access, and an out-of-memory attach failure; the documented consequence is availability loss.
