Service interruption via unlocked reservation decrement

Race condition in the Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt service by corrupting the huge-page reservation counter. The alloc_huge_page corner case decrements h->resv_huge_pages without hugetlb_lock even though that shared counter requires the lock. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and concurrent huge-page allocation; public sources report counter corruption but no specific crash mode.
