Kernel panic via uninitialized DRM shutdown

Denial of service in the Linux kernel msm DRM driver allows local users to cause a kernel panic during system shutdown. msm_drv_shutdown calls drm_atomic_helper_shutdown on an unregistered DRM device, causing access to mutexes never initialized by drm_mode_config_init. The path requires an expected subdevice probe failure that prevents binding; a subsequent shutdown dereferences invalid state and interrupts the host.
