Service interrupt via unreleased device-node reference

Resource leak in the Linux kernel 3.7 and later allows local users to interrupt service through malformed DDR timing data. In drivers/memory/of_memory.c, of_get_ddr_timings() exits the child-node loop after a timing parse error without calling of_node_put(), leaving the automatically acquired node reference unreleased. The only published attack assessment requires local low-privileged access, while the vendor does not disclose a repeatable trigger from user space.
