Local denial of service via firmware-node leak

Resource leak in the Linux kernel TCP-CI driver allows local users to exhaust resources through repeated device loading. tcpci_parse_config stores a firmware-node reference returned by device_get_named_child_node, but registration error and unregister paths fail to release it. Reachability requires a TCP-CI connector device node and repeated port registration or teardown; the reported consequence is resource exhaustion and service interruption.
