Local privilege escalation via stale SCTP authentication key

Use-after-free in the SCTP authentication subsystem in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to gain kernel privileges. When sctp_auth_asoc_init_active_key fails, sctp_auth_set_key frees the old shared key while the association still retains it, and a later sendmsg dereferences the stale pointer. An ordinary local account can create both SCTP endpoints, force the allocation-error path, and then obtain kernel read, write, or control-flow primitives or crash the host.
