Kernel crash via read-only template write

A read-only-memory write in the Linux 5.7 Qualcomm cpufreq driver allows local users to crash the kernel during device probing. The qcom_cpufreq_krait_name_version path passes a string-literal template to snprintf, which overwrites read-only storage while substituting speed, PVS, and version values. Exposure is limited to systems using the affected Qualcomm Krait cpufreq path; the documented consequence is a kernel oops rather than code execution.
