Local kernel compromise via unterminated Bluetooth names

Out-of-bounds memory access in the Bluetooth EIR code in Linux 4.14 through 5.19 allows local users to disclose or corrupt kernel memory. The EIR name-building paths call strlen on fixed-size hdev->dev_name and hdev->short_name arrays that need not contain a terminating NUL, then copy the inflated length into undersized response buffers. A local user with access to the untrusted HCI management socket can issue READ_EXT_INFO after a nonterminated short name exists, causing kernel-memory disclosure, corruption, or a kernel panic without user interaction.
