Kernel panic via missing UXN page-table attribute

Denial of service in Linux 5.13 arm64 memory management allows local users to panic the kernel on systems implementing FEAT_EPAN. Swapper page-table entries omit the UXN attribute, so idmap_kpti_install_ng_mappings loses read and write access while reading __idmap_kpti_flag. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and affected arm64 hardware; the resulting panic interrupts the entire host.
