Kernel disclosure or crash via short Poly1305 input

Out-of-bounds read in affected Linux kernels allows local users to disclose kernel memory or crash arm64 systems through AF_ALG. neon_poly1305_blocks treats a 16–31-byte input as a 32-byte initialization block, initializes s[] twice, and reads 16 bytes beyond the supplied block. Any unprivileged local process can submit the short Poly1305 input without user interaction; the read exposes adjacent memory or triggers a kernel panic.
