Service interruption via disabled-interrupt page fault

Improper locking in RISC-V uprobes in affected Linux releases allows local users to interrupt service by triggering a page fault. The arch_uprobe_pre_xol path clears SR_SPIE before executing the original instruction, so an instruction-page fault enters the page-fault handler with interrupts disabled and attempts to sleep in an invalid context.
