Host denial of service via NPT NX validation

Denial of service in Linux KVM allows local users to destabilize or crash a host by triggering an AMD NPT guest page fault. In make_spte, the reserved-SPTE-bit mask omits NX for nested page tables even though the NX huge-page mitigation sets that bit, causing the kernel WARN path to reject a valid entry. When AMD SVM uses NPT with the mitigation enabled, low-privileged local access is sufficient; the documented consequence is host instability or a crash, not data disclosure or modification.
