Runtime warning via NR_CPUS iteration

Improper CPU iteration in the Linux kernel 5.19 through 5.19.1 allows local users to trigger a warning via /proc/cpuinfo. LoongArch show_cpuinfo iterates to compile-time NR_CPUS rather than runtime nr_cpu_ids, passing out-of-range CPU indexes to cpumask checks.
