Kernel memory overread via unclipped fbdev damage range

Out-of-bounds access in Linux kernel 5.18 through 5.19.1 allows local users to read beyond the screen buffer during an fbdev update. drm_fb_helper_deferred_io converts dirty pages into a clipping rectangle without limiting the maximum offset to the screen-buffer size, so it marks nonexistent scanlines dirty. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and an fbdev buffer ending near a page boundary; the published assessment identifies memory exposure and service-interruption risk.
