Out-of-bounds read via unchecked RAID disk index

An out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel md RAID10 driver allows local users to access memory beyond a mirrors array during RAID reshaping. raid10_remove_disk uses rdev->raid_disk as an offset into conf->mirrors before checking that it is below mddev->raid_disks, reading past the allocated array. The path arises while an md RAID10 array removes and adds spare disks during LVM RAID reshape recovery; upstream states that userspace cannot trigger it at will.
