Service interruption via sleeping SEC2 request lock

A locking flaw in the Linux kernel allows remote attackers to interrupt service through network traffic handled by Hisilicon SEC2. The sec_request_init path uses a mutex for request-ID and queue operations while executing in softirq context, where a contended mutex attempts to sleep and triggers a scheduling-while-atomic fault. Exposure requires Kunpeng920 hardware with the SEC2 driver handling IPsec traffic; the reported result is a kernel error and service disruption, not data access or modification.
