Kernel crash via stale iwlwifi queue entries

Denial of service in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash the system through the iwlwifi transmit-queue path. When station queues are disabled after a successful association, iwl_mvm_mac_wake_tx_queue adds a new entry without first removing stale list nodes. The condition requires an associated station using affected Intel iwlwifi hardware and a disabled station queue.
