Service interruption via PCIe node refcount leak

A refcount leak in the MediaTek Gen3 PCIe driver in the Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt service during controller setup. mtk_pcie_init_irq_domains() obtains the interrupt-controller node with of_get_child_by_name() but omits the matching of_node_put(), retaining its reference after IRQ-domain setup. Local low-privileged access is the published attack gate, and exposure requires a system that initializes the MediaTek Gen3 PCIe controller.
