Service interruption via unreleased PCI IRQ vectors

Resource leak in Linux kernel 5.2 through 5.19.1 allows local users to interrupt service through failed intel_th PCI probes. The intel_th_pci_probe error path returns after intel_th_alloc fails without calling pci_free_irq_vectors, leaving allocated vectors unreleased. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and a probe failure after IRQ allocation; the disclosed consequence is availability loss only.
