Kernel control-flow hijack via CQ teardown race

Use-after-free in the irdma driver in Linux allows local users to corrupt kernel memory during completion-queue teardown. The irdma_destroy_cq path frees CQ resources before irdma_sc_cleanup_ceqes drains queued events under cq_lock, allowing an interrupt to process freed memory. An unprivileged process with an RDMA verbs context can race CQ destruction against pending completions, enabling kernel reads, writes, control-flow hijacking, or a panic.
