Framebuffer update failure via premature deferred-I/O initialization

Initialization-order flaw in Linux 5.18.3 through 5.18.17 and 5.19 through 5.19.1 allows local users to disable fbtft deferred I/O. The fbtft_framebuffer_alloc() function passes a zero info->fix.smem_len value to fb_deferred_io_init(), triggering WARN_ON() and returning without initialization. Reachability requires local access and an fbtft framebuffer allocation; the affected display loses deferred updates without reported data exposure or code execution.
