Local denial of service via leaked MMIO resource

A memory leak in the sp5100_tco watchdog driver in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to exhaust kernel memory. The sp5100_tco_setupdevice_mmio cleanup path calls release_resource on the allocated EFCH MMIO resource but omits the separate kfree needed to release its memory. Exposure requires AMD EFCH hardware and execution of the driver's MMIO setup path; public records do not describe how low-privileged users repeatedly reach that path.
