Kernel crash via zero pixel-clock divisor

Divide by zero in the arkfb framebuffer driver in affected Linux releases allows local users to crash the kernel via a crafted ioctl. ark_set_pixclock() accepts a zero pixel-clock divisor derived from user-controlled mode values and passes it to dac_set_freq(), which divides one billion by that value. Access to an arkfb framebuffer device and supported ARK graphics hardware is required; exploitation interrupts the host by triggering a kernel divide error.
