Kernel crash via oversized framebuffer clearing

Out-of-bounds write in the Linux vt8623 framebuffer driver allows local users to crash the kernel through a framebuffer ioctl. vt8623fb_set_par derives screen_size from user-controlled virtual dimensions and passes it to memset_io without ensuring it does not exceed info->screen_size. Access to /dev/fb* is required; an oversized FBIOPUT_VSCREENINFO request writes beyond the mapped framebuffer and produces a kernel page fault.
