Kernel crash via stale SRB timeout handling

Use-after-free in the Linux qla2xxx SCSI driver from 4.10 allows adjacent attackers to crash the kernel through Fibre Channel I/O timeouts. The timeout escalation path returns success without ensuring the outstanding SCSI request block is returned, leaving response processing to access a stale SRB. A malicious or compromised Fibre Channel fabric peer can stall I/O and trigger port deletion on systems using the qla2xxx HBA driver; the resulting stale access can panic the host.
