Kernel crash via eprobe symbol fetch

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel eprobes 5.15 through 5.15.62, 5.16 through 5.19.3, and 6.0-rc1 allows local users to crash the kernel. The eprobe fetch-argument path in kernel/trace/trace_eprobe.c passes the @ symbol form into handling that dereferences a null pointer instead of accepting symbol data. Reaching the fault requires local access and permission to create an eprobe through tracefs on a kernel built with CONFIG_EPROBE_EVENTS; the resulting kernel crash interrupts the host.
