Local resource exhaustion via MPTCP subflow leak

Resource exhaustion in Linux kernel 5.11 through 5.19.3 allows local users to leak subflow sockets by failing MPTCP creation. The MPTCP teardown path calls __mptcp_destroy_sock() for normal cleanup, but a CGROUP_INET_SOCK_CREATE eBPF rejection bypasses that helper and leaves every associated subflow allocated. Triggering the condition requires a local eBPF hook that rejects socket creation; repetition can consume kernel resources and interrupt service.
