Kernel crash via repeated tag-protocol teardown

Denial of service in Linux kernel 5.19 allows local users to crash the kernel by forcing a failed Felix DSA tag-protocol change. felix_change_tag_protocol repeats setup when DSA retries with the current protocol, registers tag_8021q twice, and tears down corrupted state. Reaching the fault requires local access and privileges to change a Felix DSA port's tagging protocol; the resulting NULL dereference halts the host.
