Service interruption via leaked device-tree node references

Resource exhaustion in the Nomadik pinctrl driver in the Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt service via device-tree parsing. nmk_pinctrl_dt_subnode_to_map calls of_parse_phandle, which increments a node reference count, but omits of_node_put after the pointer is no longer needed. NVD identifies a low-privilege local path and availability-only impact, while upstream material does not disclose how an unprivileged user repeatedly reaches the parsing path.
