System crash via uninitialized inode operations pointer

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel NTFS3 5.15 through 5.15.62, 5.16 through 5.19.3, and 6.0-rc1 allows local users to crash the system. The ntfs_read_mft function leaves the inode operations pointer unset for records in the NTFS $Extend metadata directory and later dereferences the null pointer. Reaching the fault requires local access that causes NTFS3 to read $Extend metadata from an affected volume; the resulting kernel crash interrupts the host without reported data disclosure or modification.
