Local kernel crash via premature MHI event

Race conditions in the Linux kernel 5.10 through 5.19.3 allow local users to crash the kernel through an early MHI channel event. The qcom_mhi_qrtr_probe function enables automatic MHI transfers before qrtr_endpoint_register creates the endpoint, so the callback can drop an event or dereference an uninitialized endpoint. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and Qualcomm MHI QRTR activity; the observed outcomes are failed service enumeration or a kernel panic.
