Local kernel call trace via VF reset assertion

Reachable assertion in the ice driver in Linux kernel 5.18.6 through 5.19.3 allows local users to trigger a kernel call trace. The ice_reset_vf function invokes WARN_ON when the VF virtual station interface pointer is null after concurrent VF removal, even though no queues remain to disable. Reachability requires an SR-IOV-capable Intel 800 Series adapter and concurrent VF lifecycle and policy changes; the driver continues working after the warning.
