Local system hang via disabled kprobe disarm

Denial of service in Linux kernel kprobes allows local users to hang the system by disabling and re-enabling probes. The __disable_kprobe function disarms an already disabled probe, so incomplete unregister cleanup leaves an aggregated probe linked in a cyclic hash-table list. Local access plus permission to control kprobes and run tracing tools is required; traversing the corrupted list causes an RCU stall or soft lockup.
