Service interruption via stale flowtable offload work

Use-after-free in Linux 5.5 through 5.15.63 and 5.16 through 5.19.5 allows local users to interrupt service during flowtable cleanup. The nf_flow_table_free cleanup sequence skips hardware deletion when add or statistics work is pending, then queues deletion after the flow table has been freed. Reachability requires low-privilege local access and hardware flow offload activity; the stale worker writes freed kernel memory, with no established confidentiality or integrity impact.
