System hang via storvsc workqueue deadlock

Improper locking in affected Linux kernel releases from 4.15 through 6.0-rc2 allows local users to hang a system during Hyper-V SCSI LUN removal. The storvsc_error_wq queue is incorrectly created with WQ_MEM_RECLAIM, so storvsc_remove_lun can flush a non-reclaim workqueue and deadlock. Reachability requires a Linux guest using the Hyper-V storvsc driver and a SCSI LUN-removal path; reported effects are a dependency warning or hang, with no data access or modification.
