Kernel oops via duplicate touchscreen IRQ registration

Improper IRQ handling in Linux 5.17 through 5.19.7 allows local users to trigger a kernel oops on a Chuwi Hi8 with Windows BIOS. x86_acpi_irq_helper_get tries to register the already-present touchscreen, calls acpi_unregister_gsi, and tears down its working interrupt mapping. Reachability requires the tablet's Windows BIOS and x86-android-tablets initialization; the result is a kernel oops and loss of touchscreen operation.
