Local system crash via scatterlist boundary mischeck

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel 5.19.3 through 5.19.7 allows local users to crash the system through sockmap receive handling. In sk_msg_recvmsg(), sg_is_last() checks an unmarked scatterlist in sockmap redirection, so iteration passes sg.end and dereferences a null pointer. A low-privileged local account must reach the BPF sockmap receive path; successful triggering interrupts the host without reading or modifying data.
