Local denial of service via microcode memory leak

A memory leak in the Sienna Cichlid AMD GPU power-management driver in Linux allows local users to exhaust kernel memory. The Sienna Cichlid pptable function table omits smu_v11_0_fini_microcode, so teardown does not invoke the cleanup paired with microcode initialization and loading. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and the affected AMD GPU driver path; repeated leaked allocations can interrupt system availability.
