Local denial of service via missed waiter wakeup

Denial of service in the Linux kernel iforce driver allows local users to hang device removal by closing an iforce device. The iforce_close path clears IFORCE_XMIT_RUNNING without waking tasks waiting for command completion, so device unregistration blocks behind the held device mutex. A low-privileged user must be able to open and close a connected or emulated iforce device; the reported consequence is a hung input-unregister task rather than data access or modification.
