Local privilege escalation via fastrpc session overflow

Out-of-bounds write in Linux allows local users to corrupt kernel memory by opening a fastrpc device on affected Qualcomm systems. fastrpc_session_alloc() keeps incrementing sesscount after the fixed session array is full, so its array walk reaches adjacent slab memory. Access to /dev/fastrpc-* on a configuration with duplicated sessions is required; corruption can disclose or overwrite kernel memory, escalate privileges, or panic or hang the host.
