Kernel crash via uninitialized Binder memory pointer

NULL pointer dereference in the Binder allocator in Linux 5.15.64 through 5.15.65 and 5.19.6 through 5.19.7 allows local users to crash the kernel. binder_alloc_new_buf_locked and binder_alloc_print_pages acquire mmap_lock through alloc->vma_vm_mm before that pointer is initialized. A local Binder client reaches the first path by sending a transaction before mmap() initializes its allocation space; reading Binder debugfs statistics reaches the second path.
