Kernel crash via unchecked cooling-state array index

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel gpio-fan driver from 4.1 allows local users to crash the kernel via an invalid cooling state. gpio_fan_set_cur_state() fails to reject states above fan_data->num_speeds, so set_fan_speed() uses an excessive value as an array index. Access requires a gpio-fan-backed thermal cooling device and permission to set its cur_state sysfs attribute; the resulting kernel oops interrupts the host.
