Conditional kernel crash via disconnected IBSS channel switch

NULL-pointer dereference in Linux kernel mac80211 allows local users to trigger a kernel warning through a disconnected IBSS channel switch. ieee80211_ibss_finish_csa() generates a CSA beacon without verifying an existing connection, so cfg80211_get_bss() returns NULL and ieee80211_ibss_csa_beacon() reaches WARN_ON(). The path requires a local user to complete a channel switch while an IBSS interface is disconnected; systems configured to panic on warnings can crash, while default configurations log the warning.
