Kernel crash via uninitialized free-MR mutex

NULL pointer dereference in the HNS RDMA driver in Linux 5.18 through 6.0.7 allows local users to crash the kernel during MR teardown. free_mr_init leaves the free-MR work mutex uninitialized before concurrent deregistration reaches free_mr_send_cmd_to_hw and attempts to lock it. The path requires local low-privileged access and an active HNS RoCE v2 device; the failed lock operation dereferences NULL and stops the host.
