Service interruption via unreleased NFSv4 slots

Memory leak in the Linux kernel NFSv4 client allows local users to exhaust kernel memory through failed slot allocation during mounts. nfs4_realloc_slot_table fails to release previously allocated slots when a later slot allocation fails, leaving the partial table in memory. Reachability requires local access and an NFSv4 client mount that encounters the allocation failure; repeated failures consume kernel memory and interrupt service.
