Kernel warning via failed IPVS proc initialization

Improper initialization error handling in Linux kernel IPVS before 6.1-rc4 allows local users to trigger a kernel warning during netns cleanup. ip_vs_app_net_init returns success when creation of the ip_vs_app proc entry fails, so ip_vs_app_net_cleanup later removes an entry that was never created. Reaching the flaw requires local low-privileged access and an IPVS network namespace initialization failure; the documented result is a warning, although panic-on-warning systems can crash.
