Service interruption via unbounded ipset interface entries

Resource exhaustion in the Linux kernel allows local users to cause allocation failure through crafted hash:net,iface ipset entries. The ipset hash:net,iface insertion path accepts more than 64 interfaces for one network prefix, allowing its resize allocation to grow toward a gigabyte. Exploitation requires local privileges sufficient to manage ipset sets and can consume huge kernel memory, interrupting service through allocation failure.
